I can allow myself to sleep in no more than twice a week--and on those days that I do sleep in, I then have to DOUBLE my workout when I get home that evening. After a couple of times of that, I started hopping out of bed in the morning and going straight down to work out!

hey dude.. the right kind of thing is put on ur ear phones once u open ur eyes to stare at the alarm clock.. put that rocking music and spring out of the bed.. till u finish ur exercises listen to all ur fav. music... it really works !! i have tried it and still doing it... !!!

Do it in the afternoon then. You want full energy when lifting, don't push your body to do something you don't want to do. Exercise should be fun, and making time for it isin't a chore for me, its personal time.
