Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. If u speed it up u and go very fast, u will have to face sagging skin.

Don't go too low on the calories. I don't think you can lose weight safely and any faster than what you are doing. Watch your carbs and watch out for sugar in the diet foods. You can find it in the ingredients listed *** high fructose corn syrup. I also avoid bassically all "syrups". Do not drink any alcohol - it lowers your metabolism by one third initially and then your metabolism remains low for a few days. Incorporate weight training with your cardio.

The only diet pills that really work are drugs like ADIPEX-P, it and the others in the same family are derivatives of Benzadrine or Methamphetamine. No reputable doctor will give them to you because they can cause addiction, hallucinations, psychosis, and death
Your best bet is to eat less and exersize more - I know how hard it is I need to lose weight too.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Yes. My suggestion is, you're doing EXACTLY the right thing. Diet and exercise and losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. That is healthy. Don't go any further. Just keep it up the way you're doing it now........................Oh, yeah, there is NO magic pill, no matter what anyone says!
