I have tried a bunch of diets, i just need to lose some weight!! IF you could tell me if you have a ny good diet ideas...or any diet pills that work really well, and dont make your heart feel all fluttery..Thanks

Weight Watchers is the most stable and successful diet option out there.
I lost 35lbs in 7 months on it and I've only gained 10 lbs back in the 10 months since I lost the weight, even with my wedding, honeymoon, and the holiday season.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. No unprescribed diet pills please.

Water. Little meat. Some nuts. Lots of green not seed vegetables. A piece of fresh fruit every day. Eat ten times a day and never very much at one time. Walk 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon. You will be very beautiful in no time. Also give yourself cool showers and a little extra bathroom time in the morning. More water less Coffee and sodas (even diet}

I hate to sound redundant, but it's about a lifestyle change. As I've said before, cut the whites. When I say whites, I mean "rice, potatoes, bread and pasta". But not forever. You can, however, eat just about everything else. At a point when you are comfortable, you can slowly start to add back in the "whites". But you have to be committed to modifying your food intake for the long term, so that you can maintain a healthy weight.

A great one that gives you natural daily vitamins you would receive if you ate daily healthy foods and gives you a lot of natural energy that will give physical energy- to the point I (male 5ft 10-155lb) take Mega Man Dietary Supplement and my cheer leaders take Woman's Mega Dietary Supplement and we all have great natural energy and don't need to take daily ! Cut dawn the carbs(bread,pasta,rice,potato)sugar and soda.Skip dinner.Diets don't work,because there is no way for you to stick to them forever.Just watch what you eat.After a while you get used to it and won't even want heavy food.Drink dieters green tea.Before you go to bed,your lunch comes out.It feels sooo good.
