what is a guys average refractory period?

The refractory period depends on many many things. There is no ''average''. Depends on health, age, activity that day, whether there was ejaculate or not. If you are 18 there seems to be a refractory period of less than one hour. If you are 28, a couple of hours. 38, 2x per day., 48 daily or twice, 58 hopefully daily, 68 every 2 days etc.
