You are suffering from high blood pressure. Too much salt not enough water to drink. too much caffeine. You need lots of outside air and light excercise. Stay away from salt and sugar and feed yourself some green vegitables. Go to the doctor by god if you can please do.

Low blood sugar is one possibility. When and what did you last eat? Dehydration possibly. There is a condition that can cause that, that I read about recently - maybe in the Readers' Digest., but I don't remember the details.
If you suspect low blood sugar, there is some info at www.hufa.org.

It depends on how much water you drink. It could be as easy as that. Drink more water, that usually solves a lot of physical problems. If the symptoms persist then see a doctor.

dont worry too much i have the same problem and i regulary exercise it just depends on how long i was sitting down. my doc told me that its the blood pooling up in your legs and when you stand up suddonly the blood stays in your legs and your brain gets a little deprived of o2 for a sec. the pounding is your heart trying the pump all that blood to your head. jet pilots have a similar problem when they pull g's in the jet all the blood goes to there legs and they sometimes fell light headed and even black out but i find that if im sitting too long i move my legs around and get up slow and make sure im holding on to something.

A blood pressure problem, possibly? I really don't know. But it sounds pretty serious to me -- it must really be affecting your quality of life. I think it's a good idea to see a doctor.

That you aren't eating. Eat 3 normal meals with protein, veggies, fruit and grains and you will be fine. 2 snacks in between those meals will actually keep your energy up too and keep your metabolism healthy.

It could be blood pressure or it could be an actual heart problem. See a cardiologist immediately.
