There's this guy at my gym, he's actuaaly a trainer there, and my problem, is the fact that I don't know if he's flirting with me or not.For instance, around christmas, he came up to me and asked me how my holidays and I told him it was okay, then he asked me, who did I spend it with. And then there was another occasion where he came up to me and told me I looked sad, and wanted to see me smile, and as I was leaving asked me when will I be back.I'm thinking , well maybe he's just being friendly, but he's always telling me to text message him for trainer sessions, and i told him several times, I'm a broke college student, and I cannot afford them, but he's still asking me to told me to call him for this free session, so I asked him why was he offering me the free session, and he said because he does it for people he connect with so anyhow, I finally showed up for the damn session but I was late, so he's like when can you come in and I told him next friday and he's like why so
long

I think he likes you and he's using the free session as an excuse to spend time with you. If you are interested back, then you could suggest that you meet at another time (for dinner or whatever). Then he might not push the free session so hard. If you don't like him, let him down easy.

Guys are not usually that pushy, it's uncool. Beware. There is that saying, nothing is totally for free, there may be strings attatched to that free session, that might be a come-on.
Here is the difference in compassion for a broke student, and what he is saying: Oh, I didn't know you were a student, lots of them come to the free sessions, all you have to do is know me, I'll give you my card..
The other way: Call me for the free session, I do it for people I feel connected with. See the diff?
1st way is compassion, fake or real. Second way is I'm a stalker and a control freako, come to my apartment if you want a free session.
Hope I helped.
