anti-matter is the most powerful weapon ever created by man.it detonates when it comes in contact with anything in the world.even nuclear weapon cannot match.

The most biggest bomb as a weapon is H-bomb. I won't explain further.
The most biggest bomb on earth would be a Volcano eruption. The shockwaves from some of the biggest eruption ever could travel (and recorded) all over the earth several times !!!. H-bomb ? What is that ? A kid's firecracker ?
The most observable biggest bomb in the Universe is a Supernova (Some theorize that could even be a whole galaxy "Supernova" though I doubt it).
The most biggest bom ever possible in the Universe according to science thus far is the annihilation of matter by the dark matter since it releases all the energy contained according to E=mc2
