I would try to search a 24 hr vet in your area online. Or if you call the vet office you have an appointment at for tomorrow. They might have a recording that gives a number for emergences after hours. This second cat probably has a uri as well, but it may be more complex. The cat my be dehydrated. If the cat is not eating or DRINKING, that's when it gets real serious.
I would still try to call a vet.

The kitty with the slightly runny nose and drool sounds like a bit of a cold to me. I would just take both kittens to the vet tomorrow and have them both checked out.

If the kitten was wheezing or had a difficult time breathing, I would suggest taking him to the emergency vet.

Do you know if either of the kittens have had any check-ups or shots before you got them? They each need to have a full work-up and your vet can take care of that for you.

Congratulations on your new family members, they will be tons of fun for you. Best wishes to all.

A little drooling can go along with the URI. URIs pass easily among cats who live together. Definitely have both cats checked, but call the vet in the AM and let them know you'll be bringing 2 cats now (courtesy calls like this are greatly appreciated, the little "surprises" in a day can really throw us off schedule). As long as he's eating and drinking and alert, it can wait til the morning.

Get the little guy to the Vet with the other one. Theres a few things that can cause that BUT- better safe than sorry. Drooling Kitties is never really a good thing. Take them both.

I have had many cats and you will worry if there kittens or if they are grown. Just give them love and attention. Thats they best you can do at this point. There are a lot of things that could be wrong. Im no vet. But I have had to care for baby cats and feed them with a eye dropper.
For one reason or another. If its a kitten and its no boobing or tinkling a Mother cat sees to that.
But if the Mother is not around or is gone. You have to use a cotten ball and rubb on that area and so they can relive them selves. Cause Mother cats lick them so they take care of that problem. So they can go to the bathroom.
I didn't know it either till many years ago and some one told me.
I tried and it worked. My cat tinkled and booped.
I was amazed.
I pray for your baby kittens. Give them a hug and kiss for me ok.
I love cats I have had many. I have one now.
Samantha Boo she is old but she is my everything.

Odds are your other kitten is getting a cold not an emergency, all the kittens I have gotten from the pound or shelter are usually sick, given a few shots and some rest they bounce back in a few days kittens are tougher than you think. Unless you can hear the cat wheezing or is puking everywhere the cat should be fine.

That one also has uri. It can wait til tomorrow. They will probly put them on an antibiotic for a week. Sometimes with a uri due to the fact that they cant breathe some cats will drool.

I don't think drooling is an emergency. Just bring in both cats to the vet tomorrow. They probably have the same infection.

GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY VET CLINIC!!!

Your kittens might have an infection. It can be very dangerous! They need to be seen by a doctor and start an IV. they could dehydrate over night.

Go NOW
