Good for you, remember family members often have a jealousy problem when someone does what they cannot do.
You did it for yourself and that means more than family noticing.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

When you lose weight slowly, people don't notice right away because the change is gradual, and then they're hesistant to mention it because they don't want to seem unobservant. Are you wearing clothes that flatter your smaller figure? Also, they may be afraid that if they make a big deal, you'll be offended, like "Was I really that big?".

we as human beings all like to complimented when we have achieved a goal we have set for ourselves. not knowing how much you weighed at the start of your diet, and not taking their side but we notice much quicker when someone weighing 160 pounds loses 35 pounds than when someone heavier loses 35 pounds. continue with your diet to the weight your comfortable with but like you said you did it for yourself. but congratulations!

If they are not still telling you how big you are, that is a positive thing right there...family members can be kind of hurtful at times...

maybe your breasts are very big. this can make a woman look heavier than she is and people to not notice a weight loss. or perhaps you are not wearing slimming clothing. keep trim and healthy for you and dont be discouraged. peace

maybe they feel that if they complimented your weight loss that maybe you would stop... just know that you did loose weight and use that as your incentive to loose even more weight... keep going your doing great... did you diet? exercise?
