Hi, I'm relatively new to the whole Q&A thing, so please bare with me. And if you think this is a stupid subject, please don't awnser; If you don't have any advice, don't bother answering the question.

Okay, so i've been going out with this one girl for about a year, and, of course, I love her. We've known each other for years, and we connect really well. But then a new student showed up, and ever since, I've been attracted to the NEW student (is that bad?), and not my previous girlfriend. I have every class with her, so it's easy to find out more about her, and I now know we are very similar. I even think she has feelings for me, but she knows I'm already dating and hasn't made any advances yet. I almost kissed her yesterday, and I'm getting scared, as my heart is being torn between two girls, and the pressure from fellow students is crippling. I don't want to break either of their hearts, as I love them both, but I don't know what to do... Any help guys?

The best thing you can do to keep any level of respect with the first lady is to be upfront while not belittling the relationship you have with her.

Share with her that you are not informing her of these feelings to make her feel bad or that your relationship has been a waste on any level but that you have found yourself having feelings for another lady as well.

If you feel you truly wish to persue the other lady, you must realize that you may run the risk of totally loosing the first lady, friendship and dating wise, all the while realizing that even tho the second lady may seem to be attracted does not mean she is equally interested in dating you.

There can be much at stake - the loss of a good friend and girlfriend or the gaining of a new love.

Pray about it and follow your heart!

Why do you have to chose just yet??? are you engaged? or living with your current girl friend?? No. probably not.
I was in Love with 2 people one time, and because of my loyalty as a person ( probably what your feeling right now ) I felt that I had to make a choice , and guess what?? I made the wrong choice, but then I hurt the other guys feelings, and that relationship could not be repaired.
Now that I am older...looking back, I wish I had approached both of them and told them that I was in love with them both, and asked them for some time to understand and figure out whom I wanted to be with long term.
Good luck to you..I hope this helped in some way.

Hi! I am assuming you are fairly young. If I were you, I would sit back and reassess your current situation. Are you willing to lose the girl you love and have been with for a year for someone you may love? If you are unsure, you have to do the proper thing and end your long term relationship. If you think this may be a simple flirtation, then you have to accept it as such and be faithful to your current girlfriend. I wish you the best of luck!

Sounds like your still kind of young, probably to young to be hooked up with just one girl. If you truly loved girl #1 you wouldn't even be looking around. Of course it's not bad, it's just not fair to girl #1. It's kind of a gamble because if #1 finds out, she'll be hurt, but if your heart isn't with her it's best to be honest and just play the field. ALways be honest , as lies will ALWAYS catch up with you. Good Luck...........

It looks like you have real feelings for your present girlfriend and for the new girl is just an attraction. I wouldn't act upon it. Let some time go and soon you'll know who you really love.

As a girl i think you should tell both of them the situation and the one who gives you the best reaction is better to understand more upcoming problems you might have. if that makes sense.

Date both, let both know you have them both as girlfriends, and let them fight over you. The one who is the nastiest and meanest in the fighting, get rid of.
