With true love comes an ability to give that person great freedom and he will place her needs before his own.
It is an act more of selflessness and not of selfishness.
Though he may love her truely with all of his heart he may still have feelings of lust for her from time to time.

Well, when in love, I tend to think on holding the girl mostly, and at times when the hormones get up, dirty thoughts do get through, but it also depends on the guy, even if the guy is in love does not guarantee he will treat her right, you have to remember, guys are simplistically complex, which means were hard to understand, but very simple. I've heard a line from girls numerous times, guys can only think with one head at a time, and at times it seems true. Just remember, a guy is a guy, he can't keep himself from thinking about sex at least once in a while. So no, this thoughts will never truly be pure, at least not any American guy!!

if by dirty thoughts you mean sexual. as humans were still going to fantasize, maybe not all the time but i'd make a wager that there isn't someone who is 'pure' 100% of the time.
