"trabajo de parto" it's the labor to give birth.. that process, or cirugy (?) that takes hours.. what's the concept? help !!

The answer is "labor."

It's " labor " i.e. she is going into labor = she is giving birth
Or " deliver " as the room in which the laboring is done is called the " delivery room "

In Brit. Eng. it's simply 'labour'
