It shouldnt cost that much because it is only a urine test so its gonna be between 70-90 dollars for the doctor visit or you can just find a free clinic they miight be able to help you either way get it checked kidney infections are very serious and can spread to the bladder and or blood and cause problems alot worst then just your average kidney infection until you can get to the doctor drink lots of cranberry juice to flush out your system good luck

I do not know exactly how much a urine test would cost you out of pocket. I would guess around $200-$250, but that's just a guess.
Go to a FREE clinic. They do exist; just try to google one in your area.
If you are worried you have a urinary tract infection, you might need antibiotics. It does help the pain to drink lots of cranberry juice. I am not a clinician but I have experienced UTIs myself. Good luck.
