Some people said that is because they need to tell you something. Another thing it could be because you still think on it indirectly. Sometimes I dream too that. The last time I dream on my ex and you know just because I call him and he was in a big problem and he tell me that he was thinking on me. Probably you dream on it because they are thinking in you......make your conclusions
