ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
Tylenol is highly toxic to dogs. If your dog has blood in his ears, you should clean them out first of all. Not with water, but with an alcohol based cleaner (vinegar will work in a pinch.) Though you should go to the vet to be checked for an infection. Your vet will do an ear swab (usually about $30) and prescribe one of a selection of medications depending on the cause of the infection. (either Yeast, Bacteria, or Mites. Though it's probably mites by the sound of it.)
If you need a pain medication, aspirin will work.

No, do not give any Tylenol, anything else containing Acetaminophen, nor Ibuprofen. Never!
Plain Aspirin is fine, but check with you vet first to get correct dosage. Aspirin comes in 81 mg., usually called baby aspirin, and in 325 mg.
To correct others responses, 98% of medications given to dogs, are human medications, all antibiotics are human 's.
You need to find out why your dog's ear is bleeding........could be from scratching, from itching/discomfort caused by otitis, yeast infection, ear mites, and/or a combination of them. Treating the possible pain associated with it, is fine, but really need to find the cause of it, so it can be cured.

Tylenol, no. Aspirin is fine. they make it for dogs, but do not use the human version unless you want a very sick dog! the child Version can be okay depending on the size of your dog. Consult your vet on this one.
Take the dog to a vet or just wipe the ear down with rubbing alcohol If it's just minor. scratches are normal on cats and Dogs, never fear. Especially if you combine the two. That can take years to resolve (I speak from experience here)

No absolutely NOT!!!!! you can NOT give a dog tylenol...Also you should nOT be trying ot self medicate your dog. Your dog needs to be seen by a vet.You need a diagnosis on what is going on with the ears..there can be many different causes.Only your vet can make a correct diagnosis and prescribe proper treatment.

i don't know for sure, but i would imagine its fine. and btw, tylenol does not thin the blood... she is confusing it either with aspirin or the warfarin/tylenol combination. I really don't think you should be worried about excessive bleeding at this point anyway. its not like your dog's having surgery or anything. think about it... even if you were on a drug that thins your blood, and you cut your finger, you would not be at risk for hemorrhaging. the negative effects of blood thinning drugs are seen in trauma victims. Anyway...... you can give your dog "doggie aspirin" but it is a waste of money. they charge more, and it is exactly the same thing as regular aspirin. the only difference is the dosage. my vet had me buy mini aspirin (81 mg). i gave my dog 2 at a time and she weighed 40 lbs. I know she figured out the proper dosage based on her weight... so my guess is that 1 81 mg tab per 20 lbs would be fine. definitely check w/ your vet first. you may want to take your dog there for the problem its having anyway. sounds like an ear infection

Absolutely not! No Tylenol. You can give him a baby aspirin or even a quarter of a real aspirin but never Tylenol.
I forget what it has in it but I know it's harmful to dogs.

No. I don't know whether acetaminophen is even approved for dogs, but giving her the wrong dose could cause damage to her liver and probably her kidneys. Take her to the vet for a checkup.

It is probably infected. Tylenol thins the blood, and it is highly dangorous. I would wait til tomorrow and take her to the vets office to get it checked out.
