After you get you're Maltese it'll need a friend. Go to a shelter & rescue a dog. They have full breed dogs too. Also make sure the Maltese dos'nt come from a puppy farm.

You can post your advertisement regarding a Maltese puppy wanted at Adpost.com website as you will receive many offers emails from various sellers. But if you are looking for a show dog, you better prepare for paying double price.

You should seriously consider all the factors involved in caring for a Maltese. These dogs require a lot of attention. They are very needy and clingy dogs...at least mine is.

You can start looking online at dog sites like puppydogweb.com but I highly doubt you are going to find one for under 350 unless its a mixed breed. The cheapest Ive ever seen one is 800

you may not get one with pedigree papers for under that price but they are often advertised in local news papers or try your local animal shelter,go to local vets and ask if any of their clients dogs have had a litter lately.look up qld canine council on the net go to breeders directory it will give the names of some registered breeders not all puppies are show quality you may be able to get one cheaper

A pet store would be a good place to start or maybe E BAY?
No really a pet store could either have one or they may know owners who have some. My aunt breeds pomeranians and she and the pet store owner in her town communicate and share info. about who has what etc.

Find someone who is a reputable breeder. They are listed with the American Kennel Club. They are the people who own the mother and/or father.
