The best way to predict is to double your height on your second birthday. Since you are already fourteen, the next best way is to comapre your height to your parents' height at your age. Are you taller than both? Near the same? It should give you an idea. Good luck!

Only God knows that answer for sure. But, if you have teeth that look larger than the norm, you may be taller. I learned that as a dental assistant. However, let me encourage you. My father was 5'5, my husband was 5'9" and I am 5'3"-my son is 5'10", slim and looks taller. Oh, his grandfather on his fathers size was about 5'6" and grandmother on fathers side about 5 foot. Don't get discouraged. I have a brother 5'5" and one 6'----all my short brother did was learned to play a guitar when he was young--so to the women he is 6'5"!!!!!!! Love yourself no matter how tall you are and be thankful for your health. God Bless! Dianne D.

Your ending height is primarily pre-determined by your family and your diet. - You did not mention how much / if you drink any milk. - The CALCIUM in dairy milk is a factor to how well formed your skeleton grows....especially now, during your "growing years" (early teens.)
Calcium, a high source of vitamin D, (broccoli) and Vitamin C (citrus fruits) are three elements that combine to strengthen your skeleton and musclular systems.
Try to take in these elements in higher limits now while your body can best use them. - REMEMBER; your metabolism will slow down dramatically after you reach age 18 - 21, as you will not be able to "best" metabolize these elements as you mature.

in my opinion theres no way to know..you could take after your parents or your grandparents....plus parents may have shrunk in height. if youre a guy I would go with your dads height or maybe a few inches taller if you make sure to take care of yourself...also, if you play basketball youre usually gonna be taller by how that sport is. dont worry so much about it though because you can't really predict it truly or change how your body will be

I'd guess 5'8, because that's in between your mom and dad. Unless you have some freakishly huge or small relatives that are related by blood I'd say that'd be a fair assessment.

Well, since I can't tell if you're male or female, me estimate will be eh at most.
If female: you will be 5'7", 5'8" or 5'9" at max.
If Male: you can range from 5'8" to 5'10" or 5'11".
hope that helps
