How old are you? This is a good question when it comes to what to spend money on. You could put it in a savings account and start savings toward a new car, a downpayment on a home or apt, college, etc. There are many things you can spend it on. Just try to do it wisely.

I have an intelligent and moral answer for you. This is your money that was overpaid and your refund is on it's way to you. I feel strongly about donating. There are so many organizations that really need financial help and non profit ones are volunteers offering loving efforts to help both people and pets. I know of some that save the lives of animals and help with costs for medical treatment. It's a shame to put a pet down only because it cost too much for doctoring. A few bucks saves a life! The high cost of spay and neutering is why there are millions of pets born unwanted and unloved each year. After donating, the rest you should put in a savings account. It will be monies available to you for a rainy day or it will be in a safe place making money with money with no effort on your part. If you love animals, this is a truly needy and great cause. No organization shows more gratitude for financial help than a non profit rescue. People like you are all they've got for support. For groups, you can contact me through my yahoo email. A good hearted citizen and a smart financial head is someone who does both. If only everyone would do such good with their tax returns. A little for them and a little to help out! Think about it! Not selfless and not selfish. How perfect!

Yes!!! a Cha Wha Wha puppy is an extremely rare animal. Probably only a few in the whole world. LOL Now a Chihuahua on the other hand is a common breed and $1200 would be OK if the puppy was show quality and being purchased from a reputable breeder.

Put it in a retirement plan, or at least half of it and it will grow bigtime by the time you retire. If you put away even 10 bucks a week, you will be in good shape when you retire. Don't count on any company giving a damn if you retire well or not, they just don't.

Save it! How old are you? It will come in handy when you need a down payment for something such as a car, etc. Or buy new t.v.'s, furniture, pool table, etc. for your home!
