For most of our actions we get results as expected. Then we take them as normal. This is called DRISHTA in Sanskrit which means visible.
For certain actions we get results more than anticipated. That what we term as luck. In Sanskrit the same is called as ADRISTHA which means non visible.
Suppose one buys a share of a company or a piece of land anticipating some rise in price. Suddenly the price of share goes up due to the company securing excellent orders or the Govt wants to start a new project by the side of the land and the value of the same goes very high we call them as luck as these were not anticipated when we took a decision while investing and none may be aware of the developments earlier.

Yes, I believe in luck. But, I am not depended on it.

For anybody to be succesful you need 99% hardwork + 1% luck.

no, i don't believe in luck, because luck is a materialistic word which takes us away from God, who will provide whatever i need just in time.
