umm. you can get a facial hair bleaching kit, or you can wax it.

Sally Hansen makes a bleaching kit for about 5$ at drugstores. The results last for about 2 weeks and you can probably get at least 4 uses out of one box. I also saw a bleaching lotion in an Avon magazine or Mary Kay, I forgot, but I'm pretty sure it was Avon.

good lord, do NOT shave it. it'll come out horrible, stubbly like an old man's beard. it will also grow back thicker and coarse. if it's not a lot of hair, you should definetly buy some bleach from a drugstore, it's like 8 dolllars and it works really well... you only have to do it every 3-6 weeks. otherwise, try waxing.. while the hair is growing back you can bleach it also! good luck

Nair has a special facial hair cream that works great. It's very gentle, and it takes the hair off in just a few minutes. I use it and I have really dark mustache, and it has always worked great for me.

1. Jolen (bleaching) -- careful about this. if you have really dark skin then bleach blonde upper lip hair is going to look horrible. also, it can be a hassle to having to bleach it often
2. Sally Hansen upper lip wax (it's this hard yellow plastic looking thing in a container that you microwave for 2minutes and it becomes liquid and u apply it on your upper lip, let it dry and yank it off)
3. Threading (upper lip)

NEVER shave your upper lip or facial hair!

DEFINITELY don't shave it. Just get it waxed off. You can do it yourself or find an affordable place to do it for you. It is worth the few dollars to let someone else do it for me.

Wax it off...(Sally Hanson makes these wax strips that you warm in your hands and rip of the hairs...works for me and I have really oily skin.)
