14 makes it a number to remember. Also if your car has a regular speedometer(not digital) there is a line for 15mph. It's easy to notice that you need to be below this mark.
This is actually the speed limit throught the resort not only at the hotels.

why not??? i think it's cuz mickey can go 15 mph at his peak speed...therefore he'd be able to outrun all the cars that obey the speed limit.....
