Like hanging out with guys sometimes brings you closer, so like when you really want to hook up with him how do you tell him without verbally telling him that you want to?

I was in the exact same situation.
I was over his house watching a movie and I just got closer and closer to him on the couch. Then I put my arm next to his, barely touching, and waited and see if he'd move in closer too...He did. So I got even closer and put my head on his shoulder (you know, we're friends, so that's not bad..not crossing the line yet..playing it safe). Then I just looked up at him..we made eye contact...I moved in a little bit (I wanted to make sure that I wasn't wrong)...he moved in..we kissed.
Just make small moves and see if he responds. If he does, go in for the kill.

Yeah, I think he has a crush on you since .... you met him perhaps? Or you could jolly well just call to say you wanna hang out at an arcade or fun fair. But do remember you invite 1 or 2 more other people and tell him so that he won't get the hint that it's a date or something. When you get the change to talk to him in private, do ask about what happen about that night and start talking, not like between a cop and a suspect. Just chill-laks. Talk over it with some cotton candy, popcorn or coffee. Perhaps he wants to be your boyfriend or just friends, But please do not go frantic with him, Losing a friend is a great pain. All the best.

You tell him that his nose is bleeding and ask him if he is snorting something bad. Then you move in and kiss him on his nose and say, "Oh, sorry I missed the target. But then with a nose like that how could I avoid the damn thing." That way you get rid of the jerk because he doesn't want to get kissed by a tomboy in front of his boys. Sorry.

if i was you i would make sure the feelings are mutual before trying to do anything.
but if you can tell he is into you, try looking at his lips when he is talking to you, then get him in the eye lock.
when a guy is looking at your lips when you talk, its a sign that he wants to kiss you. so see if he is doing that too.
dont be too obvious though lol

He should get it, the signs are treating hin not jus like your guy friend, but like your boy friend. He should get this change of attitude, and probaly want the same.
