I'm 21 years old, 6'0 nd weight 150lbs.

I

- Exercise 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours mostly playing basketball at the gym but if not I lift and run the neighborhood.

- I eat 2-3 bananas, an orange and some grapes every day.

- I don't drink or smoke.

- I drink nothing but bottles of water, no soda or anything else.

Does this sound pretty good?

If all you eat each day are a couple of bananas, and orange and some grapes - you are missing out on a LOT of vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein, and phytonutrients.
With all that exercise, you're really asking a lot of your body. It can't keep that up forever.

i think you need to be eating more. you're missing out on a lot of nutrition! 2-3 bananas, an orange and some grapes isn't going to cut it! that's only one food group..your not getting any protein or anything you need to have some grains, some dairy and some vegetables as well and you should try drinking some milk or juice sometimes, but good job on the exersice, make sure not to wear yourself about though.

I hope you're eating more than just bananas, oranges and grapes. if not, you're not getting everything your body needs. you should add some lean meat, like skinless chicken breast, very lean beef, fish, beans, peanut butter, etc. for protein. and you also need some veggies in your diet too! and maybe a multi-vitamin. it just sounds like you're not getting enough to eat, and you are a little thin at 6'0. just be careful, and add some lean protein and veggies to your diet okay? I'm not trying to boss you, but I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself by not getting proper nutrition. one more thing, add some dairy products too! your bones need the calcium.
Best Wishes, and eat a little more okay?

Yes, but bannanas are high in calories, you may want to try a different fruit.
