ive liked this girl for a while, we know a lot about each other, we live across the street from each other...im friends with everyone in her family, they even go to the restaurant i work at once a week for dinner. but the thing is i dont know if she likes me back (with the exception of some "signs") cuz i never really made a move and im also VERY shy and i also dont go to her school. nonetheless im trying to win her heart w/o embarassing myself, so as a start i thought about sending her flowers on valentine's day but i dont know what to write on the card or what to do after she receives them.

DON'T send flowers to school. That is so yesterday and so presumptive and is done only for your self esteem. You are assuming that she will like opening the card and telling everyone in class that it is YOU. What if she sees you only as the geek who lives across the street whose mother is always yelling at him to "take a shower, pick up your undies and stop picking your nose." Husbands send flowers. Unknowns like you walk across the street and ask her to go to see "Dreamgirls." That is casual and friends always ask friends to go to the movies. Do not put anything in writing because you are too immature to say anything clever or meaningful. Oh, and those "signs" are her asking you to give her an extra chicken breast or dessert or something. Additionally, she sees you as a working slob cleaning tables and that is not her idea of a prince charming.
Okay, so that's a bit mean but the advice is sound. You are thinking past the "work" of building a relationship to the payoff in hopes that she is as needy as you are. Okay, so that was mean too. Understand that you build a relationship over time. You don't embarrass her with flowers in front of all her friends and her boyfriend. If you are shy then it just takes you more time. By the time you are 55 you should be able to ask her to marry you. Let's face it, in this age she will be married and divorced at least three times by the time she is 55. Oh, that was mean - I just burst your romantic bubble. But if your bubble did not burst then you are on the right track and beginning to think rationally and logically. Congratulations!

I say deliver the vegetation! (i'm a senior in intense college, too) and that i ought to like it if a guy ought to do this. in all likelihood the sweetest component. (if she's a flower form of lady haha) as for putting the call on it.... i'm no longer particular... Kinda strange that she's no longer talking to you. per chance she's only busy with stuff and could come round quickly.. or perchance your chum kinda creeped her out and secretly she likes you lower back and is only scared and would not recognize what to do....... Who knows.. Us ladies have our strange moments that even we do not recognize why we act the way we do! do not enable it difficulty you! yet lower back on your question.. convinced, deliver the sweet vegetation! fortunate lady!

Okay, you don't want her to think your a big gomer so don't do the Roses are red thing until you know your going somewhere with a relationship. How about.
Just thinking of you today, (and then your name)
It's not so gushy she'll gag and its sweet that you thought of her.
Play it cool, until you know for sure and don't go calling or anything right away. She'll be sure to give you a sign the next time she comes in for dinner or sooner!! Good Luck!

First of all let me just say that she's most likely just as shy and two shy people will NEVER get anywhere!! (hehe)*
On the back of the card just write something casual like, "Let's hang out sometime" (you could go to dinner at this restaurant you work at). Keep it simple. You don't have to be extra suave to get a girl's attention. (don't go around winkin' at her or anything creepy like that)* Good luck!!

I would suggest you invite her for a date. Like a movie or something and ensure it doesnt sound like u are forcing her. I do not think it's wise to confess so quickly. She may be put off by it.

you should prob check up on the highschools. my boyfriend did that this past year(even though i told him NOT to) and they were going to throw them away because you just cant have deliveries sent to the school. luckily i worked in the office as a class and they saw my name and saved them for me

i have no idea...... but if you dont go to school with her you will most likely have to buy the flowers from her school, because schools are funny about having people bring em expecting them to send them to classes
