Will stiff leg muscles affect my ability to grow? It's especially stiff around the calf area. I'm 17 yrs old and doing everything in my ability to grow an extra inch or two...exercising every day drinking milk stretching improving posture etc... but no matter how much i exercise these stiff muscles don't seem to be going away. I can barely touch my toes standing up because it hurts so bad. Do I need physiotherapy?

you can't really do much to grow its all in your genes and stiff leg muscle might make you look smaller but dont make you shorter

Lean toned muscle tissues. i don't like the overly cumbersome muscle tissues because i believe like i'm with the outstanding hulk or some thing. i'm a woman, & i do not imagine i'm seen cumbersome or some thing. i'm 4"11 & ninety 4 pounds. i imagine i'm only seen petite. the only muscle tissues I have is on my legs & somewhat on my palms even though it is barley there :p
