I hope this helps, I am not a licensed pro or anything

1. Does this have anything to do with toddlers?
2. It could be a medical condition, have you asked a doctor?
3. It could be a reaction to a traumatic experience, you may (or may not) have some luck with counseling
4. If you have not always been this way, if it started recently it may be stress related. New babies? New Marriage?

Some new Moms find that they have this issue. It is supposed that it is due to a combination of exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, and small parts fear of the future (kids are a scary big responsibility).

In some ways, you are lucky - sex can make you crazy. On the other hand, you may have some issues to deal with.

Finally, without knowing about your sexual experience, I can't recommend anything, but:
Maybe your trying the wrong stuff? If you have really limited experience, try something new / different. Only you can judge what you are comfortable with.
