It would depend on your height and other factors to determine the right weight for you, but 131 sounds pretty healthy to me. If you are concerned about your thighs and stomach I would advise stepping up your physical activity. Cycling is great for the thighs and butt, plus it burns a load of calories. Yoga is excellent for strengthening your core (stomach and back) which will probably help you a lot if you're concerned with stomach fat. No matter what activity you choose, make sure it is something you enjoy or you won't stick with it. As far as your diet, keep it simple: Avoid sugar and excessive fat and eat as many "whole foods" as you can; meaning eat as much fresh stuff like fruits, veg and whole grains. The less processed garbage you have in your diet the more your body will thank you. Good luck!

1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 30min/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

Yes crunches, and eat alot veggies and special K two times a day...Foods with less fat, and Good Earth Green Tea Blend with Lemon Grass & natural flavors, this one is my favorite. Green tea is good for your skin and it helps get rid of fat in our bodies...Dont eat McDonalds, Jack In the box, KFC lots of fat in the oil, one meal with a leg and thigh = to 30 cheese burgers from McDonalds. Salads & soups are good, very easy to make, a simple recepie for a light and tasty soup, a can of chicken broth and after you empty the can fill it up with water, and add to it some chicken breast if you have some in the bag in your freezer, and add veggies after its real hot, carrots, broccoli, cowliflower, squash, what ever you like, beat an egg and throw it in if you like egg in your soup or a whole egg, thats good with just the broth instead of all the veggies, and some green onion, chopped up. Just some Ideas, and the more you make some lite meals, the more you will want to stay away from fast food restaurants... GOOD LUCK!

in my place, 14 year olds are usually 110, but the areas that usually do need exercising is the stomach and waist. if you do want to lose weight you should eat less fat foods and try more vegetables for lunch and dinner, and fruits for breakfaast.

Cardio Cardio Cardio!!! I am training now and that is what I have been told at least. It's best to stick with healthy foods, lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat. Water is a good part of it too!

You can't spot reduce fat deposits. These are dictated by your genetic strucure. Lower your overall bodyfat percentage, and these will go with.
Anyone telling you different is lying. Pure and simple.
