i worked out very hard but dont see much result!!!!!!

We have 6 essential nutrients that we need (vitamins, minerals, carbs, proteins, fats, and water) of those nutrients...proteins are the ones that are most responsible for muscle building and repair. Try increasing your protein and go ahead and add some Vitamin C as well. Try getting atleast 50G protein and 60mg Vitamin C DAILY.
