My God, that would have to be SOME hot coffee to burn your thong! If, in fact, it is your tongue bothering you, I heard somewhere to sprinkle sugar where you burned it, but I'm not sure if that's just an old wives' tale. It's worth a try, right?

I think you mean tongue not thong....thong= undies. tongue= red thing in mouth.
try drinking milk after burning your tongue. milk is thick so it coats the tongue with the coldness and helps sooth the tongue and throat!
