i agree 100%
and another thing that i notice is that when someone posts a LOGICAL question such as this, HARDLY ANY of those people who make those nasty remarks ever post to answer in them.
that just proves that they know exactly what they are doing, and that they do it just to make people mad.
so when someone questions their immaturity, and illogicality, they don't have a reasonable explanation.
these people use the tattoo section to prove to everyone that they are, in fact, as narrow-minded, shallow, and un-loved as everyone perceives them to be.
YAY tattoos!!

I totally agree with you. I don't like when people ask about getting tattoos and then people respond with answers like, oh their ugly and trashy and you'll never get a good job with them. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but don't come on a board and start dissing on people because they asked a question. People want positive answers, not negative ones. If you don't like tattoos, then go somewhere else with your negativity. I have 4 tattoos, my eyebrow and nose pierced and that didn't stop me from getting a job. It's all about where you go and how cool your boss is about it. I work as a graphic artist and have to dress nice for work and never had any problems with my tats or piercings. I don't have any provocative tats and my piercing are small and cute. Only 2 of my tats show and one is a star and the other is my aries sign. People who bad talk about tattoos are being stereotypical. Some women posted that she saw a women with her whole body tattooed and she was scared and walk away fast from her. That is very rude. You don't judge someone by the way they look. For all she knows, the tattooed women could have been the nicest person ever. People need to wake up and grow up. If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all!!

That's a good question. People that oppose tattoos are not going to suddenly stop just because we ask them to. For them it's a dislike of anything different. They can have their opinions, that's fine, but it does get really annoying to feel like you constantly defend your artwork! They have no clue as to way a person may have a particular tattoo and it's an uneducated closed-mind that makes them speak out against it. For all the people out there with tattoos, the art of tattoo is still considered a taboo and people that sport them are ostracized for having them and not following that person's idea of society. In my opinion: get use to it, people are going to continue to get tattoos, I know I am, and you can call me a tramp if you want, it just makes you look closed minded. Only an ignorant person judges another solely on appearances. Rock on fellow tattooed people and people considering tattoos, don't let the "normal" society man get you down!

i agree with you and everyone who post the answer above me here especially this answer right above me! you say exactly what i want to say. when people ask questions about getting tattoos there will be idiots saying...if you get a tattoo you're getting a "tramp stamp" or what so ever makes me wonder WHY are you on this section if you're against it? if you dont like it, dont want it, then this is no place for you.
its funny how nobody actually post anything on here when they are asked directly why they are against it. it sums up your brain size that you are just narrow minded, scared to accept something new.

in my view i admire tattoos. i think of that folk who've a difficulty with them experience that way via fact of perspectives which they have been raised with (many mom and dad tell their offspring tattoos are undesirable, trashy, for loosers etc via fact those are the values THEY have been raised with, which acquaintances tattoos with the undesirable and mad people in society) some people merchandise to tattoos on cultural, ethical or non secular grounds. some people belive that as they're now so trouble-free they're the mark of 'chavs etc' some people only dont like the look of tattoos, and don't understand why different locate them beautiful. we are only all distinctive inour tastes and ideology and values etc

i agree. i think people just like pushing their misguided views and ideas. some people are well meaning. some of these people probably have tattoos that they regret. it would be nice to not have all of the negativity but there is still some great advice on here.
