Depends on what you did.
If you did something very active and strenuous take a break for a day, most people go only 3x a week. Also, too much if wears on your body.
But if you only did some light exorcise, sure go again that'll keep you limber and such.

Keep this in mind when you work out: You're workout should not take more than 90 minutes to complete. Anything longer than that will not be as productive. If you do it too much you'll actually lose any gains you've made. 90 minutes is more than enough time to get a great workout in. If you really like working out, gradually increase the number of days you exercise in one week. I love it so I go 6 days a week. Since my workouts are about 60-90 minutes long I don't get burnt out.

2 hours is way longer than most bodybuilders spend in the gym... take that into consideration.
If you're just running, and light (I mean really light) lifting, go for it. If your trying to build... RELAX. You don't build muscle overnight, it comes from long term dedication, not 2 days of putting your body through total hell.

No take a break. If you do go to the gym, do a shorter workout.
