Help please! As long as I don't have to do HOURS of working out (excluding walking).

Go on a fast. Just drink lemon water with a little karo syrup, at least 8 to 10 glasses a day, for a few days. Do only mild exercise, if any, during this fast. But do this only if you have no health problems like Diabetes. This liquid fast will also clean your body of toxins. Toxins can put on weight, so you could lose weight this way, though I can't guarantee it. Good luck. Let me know if this helps.

All these idiots telling you not to eat!! Stupid people!

Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast; cereal with skim or soy milk.
Have a protein shake, steam some veggies for dinner, and sorry, you gotta do some excercising. Atleast 30 minutes everyday this weekend. If you could do 30 in the morning, and a light workout in the evening, that would work too.
Just don't starve yourself...that's just dumb!

The best way? A diet of apples and water. Great way to detox your system and seems its all only water it'l pass right through you. And you can have as many apples as you want. Make sure to drain all the liquid before the big day. Your body will start to harvest on the fat supply stored on your body when it has no other resorces.

losing too much weight in a short time is bad for your body, but i understand that someone would want to lose weight. for breakfast, you should eat a bannana and an orange, if you have diabetes, you should skip the bannana and try an apple. for lunch you should eat vegetables and less meat, but DO eat some meat, its vital. do not eat candy or foods that may be too sweet, beacause a little can be a lot. it you do crave something sweet, try a chewy bar or a type or low fat granola bar. for dinner, same thing as lunch. if you are already skinny, do not work out too much or you will gain more weight from muscle gaining.

well starving your self is not healthy and it might make the thing worse best way is to eat right and maybe walking or running 30 min a day eat breakfast as well and don't eat any saturated fat you don't necessary need to be light to be fit. muscle weight more then fat. and if you really need to lose 3 ponds of weight just eat very light food for next 3 days and drink a lot of water

Make a B-Line to your nearest treadmill, then shore=up in a steam room for at least a half-hour, and watch the pounds magically fall off!! Oh yes drink lots and lots of water, and eat water filled fruits like melons!!

sorry, ur gonna have to work out. My bf is a wrestler, and if he wears 4 layers of clothing for 30 minutes on an exercise bike going really hard, he loses like 2 lbs in 30 mins.
and2. laxatives can make you gain weight

Don't eat a single thing. Assuming your body needs about 1500 calories a day, you couldn't even technically loose a pound of fat (3500 calories) before this Monday. Unless you run a marathon and don't eat, or your morbidly obese now, it's not going to happen.

for food eat only bread and drink water, than do a little bid of work out and walk like for 30 minutes, that must have to do at least 1lb for monday

Sauna. Thats it. You will lose weight. Mostly water so if you need to be hydrated I dont really know. 1-3 lbs. isnt noticeable unless its a bet you need to lose so much weight. And you can wait til Sunday to start to lose the weight with the sauna.
