Awesome kick but I wasn't impressed otherwise with Rashad. I didn't see the whole fight but from when I turned it on, it looked like Rashad was losing decisively to a no-namer.

I did'nt like the extra punch when he was already KO'ed, but I can understand why he did it, because he's never KO'ed anyone by kick before and had his adrenalin pumping. I think it would have been more stylish to just put his hands ups like Ali and watch him fall and sleep for a bit. I don't like how Joe Rogan is yelling and screaming like an animal though and I think he needs to tone it down a little after a vicious hit like that.

I saw that thai kick to the face/head of his opponent(forget his name). That was definitely one of the more on the button connections I've seen but there are many others like it. Nonetheless it was spectacular. These high kicks are especially effective against punch-drunk or gassed fighters stepping inward with their hands not completely up.

Not bad. I liked the wild punches thrown by Hermes Franca against Spencer Fisher better. He's not very technical looking, but he is effective. (Also, the way he asked Dana for a title shot. Sherk vs Franca coming soon?)
