Too much ammonia given off from cat pee can make a person sick. It takes a lot of pee and a very long time of not changing the litterbox to do so.

If you drink it, inject it or use it as eye drops yes. Urine itself is usually void of bacteria or anything else associated with disease. Its the chemicals in it that are bad, in large quanities. There is ammonia and uric acid but I'd be more concerned about windex. There is urine in a lot of pricey face washes and creams.
