If he's a nice guy that seems trust worthy I would say conversation but if he's a freak... he wants to find out for another reason.

Trust me, he's fishing! If he's fishing, he's trying to catch a fish! What kind of bait is he using? I'll bet you'll be able to spot it. He's married! Do not let yourself be lured, hooked and reeled in. After he catches you, guts you and consumes you, hell move on to a different part of the pond. Keep your distance! Swim away! Swim away! Be free beautiful fish! -Lloyd Hall

Don't look for conspiracy in every conversation or question...he was probably just asking to make conversation. Unless he makes a pass no harm no foul.

Hey that is kind of hard to say ... he may just be using that to be able to talk to you as just a co worker... but if he hits on you i would just simply say no thanks and walk away ... good luck

It could be either way. just know where the boundaries are, and remind him where they are as well if you start to feel uncomfortable with his line of questioning.
