reliant eneergy impossible bill?

I jsut moved into my new apartment and i setup reliant energy on
Jan 19 and they sent me a bill for 44.60 charging me from jan 19 to jan 22 while i was moving in those days and staying with friends. did that ever happen

Consider yourself Lucky this month my bill was $490.85 for a one family house.Last month $400.00 so energy costs are going up quite a bit. it just went up in Jan 8% & They say in July there going up another 50% Yukkkkkkkkk..They should let everyone build our own Wind Mills then we can generate our own electric but they won't let that happen no way
