The water in the cells created ice crystals, and all that was left was the sugars. Next time, try just leaving them frozen, and they should still be soft enough to eat even still. There's so much sugar that they never will fully harden. Here's an idea-- peel them, put them on sticks, and then freeze them. When you pull them out, you'll have "banana-pops"-- try smearing them with some peanut or almond butter, even a bit of Nutella (a hazelnut-cocoa spread). Yummy!

The best thing that you can do with them is to make banana bread. All fruits and veggies that are frozen lose texture when they are thawed.
Here's how to keep bananas longer. Once they are just as ripe as you like them, put then in the fridge. The peels will blacken, but they will not ripen any further.

you can't make them normal after they are frozen-- use them for banana bread or to make a smoothie.
to keep bananas longer put them in the refrigerator the peel will turn dark but the banana will be firm.

You can't! bananas aren't supposed to be frozen, all you can do with them now is make banana bread. Next time buy really green bananas, and store them somewhere about 60 degrees Fahrenheit
