the mark of the beast is not 666
666 is the number of a man. and some allege that its not even the correct translation. from the 616. which referred to NERO.
the mark of the beast represents both babylone and an economic system. When Cain slew Abel God put a mark in his forehead. When Satan taught Cain to mark the servants of God, they receive the mark of the beast. Those who accept it are become the servants of babylon. it has existed since before the flood, it will only be erased from the earth when NO ONE follows satan.
As for your childs name, dont do such an evil thing to him! but if you want to know, the name DAMIEN is a better FIT.

hey, the number six in the bible refers to imperfection, the triple six digit means extreme imperfection, it has nothing to do with Satan, but the number 666 in whole does represent the number of the wild beast (rev 13:18) Who is this "wild beast" you might ask? I would ask a Jehovah's Witness for the answer....
i would get my facts right before changing a child's name just because of the date he/she was born in

Are you confuse enough already with yourself and your belief? I know you are not a Christian because Christians would stay away from satan and his works. Definitely no Christian will name their adorable baby “lucifer.” If you are not a Christian and not believe in God then you wouldn’t believe in God word that tells us about the number 666. Unless satan himself told you about the number. He couldn’t be because satan wouldn’t want to tell on himself and confirm God word. After all if kingdom against kingdom, how it can stand. satan couldn’t create anything. he is a father of lies and destroys. This baby can’t belong to satan or name after him. He will be doom in his life to know that his biological father hate him so much to name him after the father of hell, and will get pick on from the other kids and people all his life. You have to be kidding, think about the poor kid with a name like Lucifer going through school. Most parents would not let their kids even play with him, plus the endless teasing.

Lucifer would be a very cool name, but it may lead to some misunderstandings in school, especially if you live in a more rural setting, or in the bible belt. But if you live in LA or NYC or someplace like that, go for it.
