i changed to whole grain and mostly organic foods, and since then i don't crave the junk near as much.
i eat brown rice with chicken and veggies, sometimes ranch. I like a good salad. When i say ranch, i mean the buttemilk recipie you mix yourself. fresh fruit is good, and kellogs makes some pretty good organic cereal. The benifit to organic is that there is a lot less refined sugar. Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners (the ones found in diet sodas) are what makes us crave more sugar. it has been proven. Also, get yourself on a good eating program, not a diet, then give yourself a LITTLE junk every now and then.

I ate a sandwich every day for lunch and dinner for 4 months and lost 25 lbs. I still ate junk food, thats the key. Eat it, just not a lot. if you avoid the food completely, one day you will just pig out on it whenn you mis it so much and hungry as hell. Just have some here and then, but have a staple food that is healthy and easy to make. Oh yeah, and exercise too.

I eat a lot of junk food, but I also eat the healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables while I eat the junk. Then I don't feel like I am missing out on what I want and am also getting what's good for me. It satisfies faster and longer that way also. (Like with Doritos, I just put them in with a big salad with lots of veggies. If I eat cake or ice cream, I have a large portion of fruit with it and am satiated sooner.) Easy!

Just go one week of just eating healthy and then notice how different your body feels without the junk food slowing you down. You'll notice a big difference as i have doing this. After a week of eating healthy you'll start to think twice about putting junk into your system which doesn't help you at all. Just bite your lip and go for a whole week of eating healthy and you'll be happy you did i promise

It takes 21 days to form new habits. You need to replace bad habits with good habits. I found that for the first threeish weeks of my new healthy lifestyle I really wanted junk food and I really didn't want to work out. Now if I eat junk food I feel sick to my stomach so I don't anymore. Also, I really look forward to the time I get to myself to exercise. Just make sure you replace new healthy habits with your bad habits :)

I ask myself if it's really worth it... I know what junk food does to my body and sometimes it's okay to indulge.
Plus, I keep junk food out of my house and try to avoid the cookies and ice cream at the grocery store. WILL POWER baby!

Yes I eat healthily. The occasional bit of junk food makes no difference at all if you eat well the rest of the time.

I do eat healthy and have lost 10 lbs without even trying. I haven't been to McDonald's or any other fast food place for 3 years and have no desire anymore. When I read labels and see what's in cookies, cakes, pizza rolls etc.....I would never eat it. Stay away from processed foods, especially "partially hydrogenated" and things with lots of sugars and names you can't pronounce. Also I buy organic when possible.....like apples, greens, oranges, all veggies........who wants to eat poisons. (pesticides)....Keep trying. It gets easier.
