I don't think he does, what proof is there, other than the bible, because that could have been written by any one.

This is to Abelard's answer..
1) If number one is true, where did "God" come from? did he just always exist? I don't think so.
2) There is not a plan of superior planning, animal and humans changed over time to adapt to the environment so they can live longer and not be extinct.
3)We don't need to be created by a "moral being" our brain is so complex that we can have feelings and morals.
4) everything in the world wasn't accidentally put together, organisms worked hard over millions of years, to get us were we are now.
5) I kind of laughed at number 5, evolution proves that there is a god? In the bible he said described Adam and Eve and they seemed civilized and they were supposedly the first people, but there is way more proof of people evolving than there is proof of the bible being true. Evolution does not prove god.

Peace!
1. Life comes from life and original life must have come from a Being possessing eternal life, that is, life that existed before physical life was created. Where can such life be found? It can only be found in God, who possesses eternal life.
2. An examination of the world and things large and small shows that each is designed by an intelligent mind for a specific purpose in life. The colors of a bird and means of defence of the animals are not accidents. They are the result of a plan of a superior planning mind.
3. Man has an intellectual and moral nature showing that the Creator must not be merely an inanimate force but a living, intelligent, moral being.
4. If all the pieces of a watch were placed in a can and the can shaken gently for a million years the watch would not be "accidentally" put together and running.
5. I personally believe that the evolution theory is correct but there was a Master Designer who used that process to create life. Evolution does not erase the fact that there is a Supreme Being who controls the universe. It just proves all the more the existence of God.
God bless!

Your rebuttals are generally correct. I am just adding my thoughts to them.
1. People cannot deal with the concept of infinity and undetermined outcome. If there is a god, who or what happened before this god exists? The question reoccurs even if the creator of our creator is found. People just stop there. Why not stop at the believe that there is no god and the man made god is just a product of human history?
2. If there is a plan, it implies god does not knows everything at every moment. That contradicts people's claim that he knows everything and is everywhere. And then he would have known the final outcome. What's the fight about? Is he just bored? We human probably have more fun than god.
3. We are finding complex things continuously. To lump all these as a miracle of creation or planned evolution is just like saying even finding the ultimate truth is a miracle. Is god playing us for fools.
4. I don't know how organisms worked hard to achieve something but the basic instinct of survival gets them to evolve little by little. Most of the changes were passive and slow.
5. The watch story was really laughable. No matter what the odds, it is quite possible. Can you wait trillions of years for it to happen? However, some basic organisms were actually formed by chance and the more complex ones are combination of chance and change (evolution again).

There are things that can prove or back up the existance of God.
Evidence 1: Anything with a probability less than or equal to 1 to the negative 25th power is thought to be impossible. If you were to actually try to calculate the probability of everything going right to have the complex organisms we have now and the atmosphere and all the planets and infallible natural laws that have been proven, that are laws, not theories such as gravity and The Law of Conservation of Matter. The probability of everything happening by chance would be somewhere around 1 to the negative 45th power.
Evidence 2: As far as I know they haven't found Jesus' body and if they haven't found it then everything about Jesus must be true because he supposedly ascended into heaven after his ressurection so if you can't find his body then it has to be true.
Evidence 3: Every organism in existance is complex on some level even single celled organisms are complex. Our minds are VERY complex and so is DNA. Too many things connect together and work flawlessly together for all of this to happen by chance. There had to have been an intelligent being behind all of this.
Evidence 4: If all this happened by chance it would eventually fall apart even if there was nothing to disturb the natural way that everything works. Because there is no perfect being behind it to guarantee that it won't mess up. But in our case our choices in what we do with the environment are coming back to haunt us now. Imperfect beings make imperfect choices. So the imperfect choices lead to dire consequences thus Global Warming, War, Murder. Now our world is falling apart, everything was normal at least environmentally until we started to create all the pollution. With this you can argue that all stars eventually die but after Adam and Eve disobeyed God, it caused everything to be flawed in some way. Which could explain the death of stars, Disease, disorders, genetic mutations (All of which have been harmful unless you count the slight genetic variations that don't make much of a difference most of the time)

The Bible couldn't have been written by just "anyone". There is way too much time covered and too many writers involved to get the details straight. Approx. 40 writers over such a vast period of time could not have possible crafted one complete beautiful prophetic story such as the Bible unless it was truly God's Word. Other proof, personal experience of a living relationship with God and thousands of others testify the same, nature itself with its precision and complexity suggests there is a Creator, miracles, human life (wouldn't you agree that you are fearfully and wonderfully made?), and then there is the touch of His presence upon the soul that truly wants to know Him.

The proof and evidence is all around you and everywhere, undeniable proof, and indisputable visible evidence. It is called creation and life. Unless your are blind, deaf, and senseless. You can see, smell, taste, hear, feel, and examine the evidence.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
We live on a planet teeming with life. Plant life with approximately 250,000 species, animal life with over a million species. Scientists are learning just how complex life is. So complex that it requires design. The evidence of design requires a designer. Scientists are also learning the conditions for life; just how perfect conditions here on planet Earth are to support all this life.

The human brain, it absorbs forty megabytes per second of data while awake. That is two terabytes of data a day. At night, it sorts and stores that data through the creation of new chemical bonds and synaptic connectors.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
Sure, right, this all just happened and evolved. This sort of thinking takes considerable faith, exponentially more faith than believing in a creator.

Peace be with you. Why do you feel this way? Look into your heart and understand your feelings. The world sucks. right? Why can't anyone give you a break. What is that you want. How can I help you. Jesus said; give to all that ask, or wish to borrow, to clothe and feed. I offer you what I can, but only God can make you happy. 307-797-5719

Do you believe the world just happened from a big bang of nothing?
I don't understand how an intelligent person could logically conclude that the universe we live in just 'happened.' It is also far fetched to think that humans are as good as it gets.
Intelligent design is what most scientist lean to in theories about how life as we know it began. That bring you ultimately to a creator...God.

Proof? This is the year 2007 A.D.( A.D. means after death, meaning after the death of Christ.) Jesus christ,God's only son. God raised him from the dead. And he will do the same with all of us when the time comes so we can be jugded for what we've done in our bodies here on earth.

o theres no proof either. however theres evidence for both. for one the phenominal odds against the universe existing at all are pretty straight forward. also if youve ever read the theory of everything or a breif history of the universe youd know that theres as of yet know plausible way that the universe could have formed in such a way as it has without divine intereference. as of yet at least.
