Colitis is an intestinal disease -- what aloe vera gel has to do with it, I can't fanthom what you are talking about unless you plan on DRINKING the aloe vera gel--- which in that case, it will do nothing to help your colitis but probably will land you in the hospital.

You can buy aloe vera juice from the health food shops and drink it every day instructions are on the bottle and yes it is good for digestion but make sure you buy the right one speak to the health shop assistant I would not advise taking the gel but the juice is also very good if you have IBS

No I don`t think it would help your colitis and the aloe vera gel might make you sick if you drink it...
