A 6-foot tall Magician had a water glass and was holding the glass?

A 6-foot tall Magician had a water glass and was holding the glass above his head. He let it drop to the carpet without spilling a single drop of water.

How could he manage to drop the glass from a height of six feet and not spill a drop of water?

Either the glass was empty so there wasn't "a drop" to be spilled or the glass did have water in it and so a lot more than "a drop" spilled out of it. Or it could have had a lid on it. Or had something other than water in it. So many possibilites

You said he had a water glass on his head. You didn't say he had water in there so I'm assuming he dropped a emty water glass onto the ground and didn't spill a drop of water because he never had some to beginn with. Am I right? ( I sound like a smart mouth, sorry) :)

The glass had no water in it...The glass is just called "water glass" you didn't say "A glass filled with water"

That's why no drop spilled from it cause there's no water in it in the first place...
