well i am not the one whose gonna be a bride in a recent future since i am only 16 but still here's a suggestion.write a small poetry (don't copy it from a book or somewhere else),read it aloud in party and see the smile on her face.belive me, self- written poems can do miracles.she will always remember it.
if you r too bad at writing poems. take an indian song translate it in the language u ppl use and tell her u wrote it for her. indian songs hav a touchy lyrics.dedicate it to her. best of luck.
