Are they red and inflamed? Have you been following the instructions they gave you post surgery- like gargling after every meal with warm salt water---- if you haven't, you better go see your dentist--- some food may be trapped in the holes where the teeth were and the skin may be closing over it---you can get a really bad infection.....see your dentist ASAP

mine healed this way as well. through an xray my dentist say something that didn't belong. i had it surgically removed and biopsied and it just ended up being inflamed tissue. but then after that healed, the area was still bumpy. it's probably nothing, but check with your dentist!

AS TEETH ARE ARE HEALING EXPECT TO SEEAND FEEL SOME BUMPY AREAS.THESE WILL HEAL W/O A PROBLEM. DON'T WORRY YOU'LL BE JUST FINE.

it might be scar tissue forming and the sockets closing up. But call your dentist anyways.

Give it a month, then check again with your dentist.
