My favorite is fresh fruit crisp.
This takes some time to bake, but while you are waiting, you can answer some more questions on yahoo.
Here's what you need
350 degrees oven
enough fresh fruit to fill a square baking dish (9x9")
1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 Tbsp sugar
cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, almond extract, and vanilla
(optional, add almond and vanilla to the lemon juice, about 1/4 t of almond and 1t of vanilla)
Topping:
5 Tbsp Butter (melted)
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven, prepare fruit and place in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar, and spices if desired. Mix dry ingredients and add melted butter. Sprinkle and lightly press topping onto the fruit, making sure to distribute the topping evenly. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the topping is thoroughly browned but not burned, and the fruit is bubbly. Serve warm or cold with ice cream.

Fruit. Serve it whole or cut it into bite-sized pieces, but fruit. Some fruits, when cut, will begin to turn brown very quickly, so you'll need to sprinkle them with lemon juice.
There's nothing wrong and everything right with fruit for desert.

my wife makes the best smoothie...get a blender and use your own imagination..or go to a website
you can buy frozen fruit...strawberries, bluebarries, etc etc
bananas are good too...use whole milk but skim milk or 2 % if you are on a diet....fruit does have a lot of sugar and calories but they will satisfy your hunger./
add powder protein..i used to add a raw egg but thats not recommended now...i guess you should cook all eggs and not eat them raw..but what about egg nog/??

my mom used to make "sugar biscuits" You take refrigerator biscuits (like pillsbury) (raw) and sprinkle them with sugar. you could add cinnamon if you like. cook them over medium on a heavily buttered pan until they are carmelized , turn over and do the same thing on the other side. they were quick and pretty good, too.
