How much debt are you in? I think it really depends on how far in you are and to what kind of companies you owe it to. I would not trust any website to file it for me... certain things you can't escape from... like if you owe back Child Support. Credit Counseling places might be able to help but some of them have bad reputations so call the Better Business Bureau in your area and check up on the one with the least complaints.

When you file bankruptcy you have to file out tons of papers. They you have to go to the court house and file your request to file bankruptcy. There are different types of bankruptcy. They will give you a court day to come back for the court to ask you questions and clarify any issues.

I cannot believe that would be possible. I would seek a local attorney. Pull out the yellow pages...I am sure there are tons of them.
