Not even Ali put punches together like Vitali. See the Williams KO and you will know what I mean. People never give this guy the credit he deserves. I swear he can beat ANY HW in the history of boxing on a given day.

vitali does get respect. he is the number 1 hevyweight. but he is not a great hevyweight. cory sanders knocked him out. that ruins greatness. CORY SANDERS hes like 58 years old. wait maybe he knocked out vlademir. either way if cory sanders knocks out anyone in your family that destroys your bid for greatness

Vitali is not even in the same league with great fighters like Louis, Ali, Marciano, Tunney, Dempsey, Holmes, J Johnson, Foreman, Frazier, Holyfield. He is a big guy with a glass jaw fighting against weak competition. I also believe that Norton, Bonavena, Chuvalo, J Ellis, Quarry, LaStarza heavyweight contenders would have beat him and guys like Charles, Walcott, Liston, Patterson would have also beat him. The most underrated fighters of all time in my opinion are Gene Tunney and Larry Holmes.

He's not on Ali's, Holyfield's, Tyson's, Lewis and other great heavyweights league.
Most underrated HW champ ever was Larry Holmes. He made twenty defenses but never got the credit he deserved.
