I started reading with lot of hope and interest. But as many of our friends are expressing it is becoming a section to blaspheme other religions and even the Supreme Lord Himself.
The vedic scriptures say that "athato jignasa" - let there be enquiry. So enquiry about the absolute truth is very good. But then the mood of asking is what is lacking. The scriptures say that the enquiry should be in submissive and humble mood. Not in a challenging or argumentative mood.
At the same time the answers should be given by only those who really know. If one does not know the right answer thenone should not try to answer - simply for scoring some points.
When it comes to other religions we should have lot of tolerance. In fact we should think that they are worshipping your God in their way. We need not practice what others are practicing but we should have respect for that.
Some kind of moderating system can be thought of whereby the obesecne and derogatory questions and answers can be eliminated and we are saved from reading them.
Right now it is the rule of quantity over quality.
Let us all try to make it an enjoyable experience for all.

I think the R&S section is pointless and gives people false hopes. If anything, it is nothing short of a plague for the mind. Most people do not believe in the Greek Gods, and if someone built a temple to worship Zeus today, it would be considered to be either completely insane, evil, pointless, and various other negative things, and yet today we (as a human society) have a website in Yahoo dedicated to the current day God's. Anyone that thinks that people did not used to actually believe in Zeus, and that the popular current monotheistic God was believed in forever, is wrong.
There is no such thing as magic, and the idea of God is magic. There is no such thing as a miracle that can not be explained rationally. Until people accept facts and rid of superstition, we will always be a world of delusional people at war and full of irrational beliefs. There are no Gods and there is no magic. There is people on earth in a huge universe, and that is it. So stop thinking that praying does something and wasting time believing in the adult version of Santa Clause, and live a good, fulfilling, real, rational, beautiful, exciting, and meaningful life. It is time the adults stand up to themselves and say, "no, there is not really a God," the same way you would tell children old enough about Santa. It is the only way to live a real full truthful and meaningful life that does not exclude or oppress anyone. ~PEACE

I need you to go to the Mustafar system, my young apprentice. There you will find a bunch of geeks trolling on Yahoo! Q&A.
Do what is necessary. Show know mercy.
Only then will you be strong enough with the dark side to rise to level 2

I enjoy the questions, and giving any answer that I happen to feel like at the moment.
I agree wolfeblayde, it's like a train wreck...I love that analogy (*Opera Clap*), I bow to your use of metaphor.

I THINK people are asking totally random things, answering their own questions, or simply just insulting other religions beliefs.
I hate it most when they say in the subject, "Christians I need help..."
Then "what should I eat for breakfast?"
Don't they got anything better to do? Apparently not.

It's a topic like any other topics. A place to practice freedom of speech that so many people don't have.

Although there is the rare sincere question, 99% of the questions are silly, ridiculous, and done for shock value. I answer in like way.

This is where I come to feel good about myself and others. Everyone is so happy and friendly. It just makes me feel good inside to see so many people co-existing in such a peaceful, loving manner, that I want cry.

Kind of like a train wreck -- you know you shouldn't look, but you do it, anyway. And it turns out to be entertaining in its own ghastly way.
Edit:
Aww, thank you, Hatir Ba Loon.
