Whats the best way to get toned arms by next summer? I don't care about huge arms, just want them to be toned so the muscle is visible without even flexing. What exercises work best for that? What equipment should I purchase?

That "toned" look comes from a lack of bodyfat surrounding the muscle. This applies to all muscles, including abs, etc. So drop your overall bodyfat percentage so the muscle pops.

You can't spot reduce fat deposits. IE you can't just "tone" your arms, its technically impossible. Work on lowering your entire bodyfat percentage through cardio and strength training, this is your only method.

Increase your protein consumption if you do strenght train and cardio to feed those muscle. Best of luck.

I was in the army for about 6 years. I did a lot of push up. That really exercises the tricep (the back of your upper arm). As for the bicep (the front of your upper arm) try just curling some weight. You can pick up a 25 lb weight at the store and curl it. Do some sets on each side. You'll see the difference in about a month.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

When creating cookies, bake half the batch and scoop the others into ice-cube trays. When your current sweet tooth kicks in, pop out one and bake it to fulfill your craving without breaking the calorie bank.
