I smile to them, wherever I see it, and to any other animals, and trees, I use to talk with them, in a whisper. They are so important in the Universe, as us. A smile to you, too!

If there were any hanging out on the telephone wire in Minnesota today, I regret to say that they would have been hanging upside down, frozen to the wires, and very dead indeed.

But, come Spring, I'll wave and smile at the survivors on the phone wires ... and that will make me feel good, no matter what the birds think of my antics.
